LEGAL NOTICE
The Nominating Committee of Wood County Electric Cooperative, Inc. will meet at the Cooperative office at 501 South Main Street, Quitman, Texas, on Tuesday, September 11, 2007, at 2:00 p.m.
The Committee is composed of the following members:

This Committee shall prepare and post at the Cooperative office at least twenty (20) days before the Annual Meeting a list of nominations of Directors, but any one hundred (100) or more members may make other nominations by petition over their signatures not less than forty (40) days prior to the meeting and the Secretary shall post the same at the same place where the list of nominations made by the Committee is posted.
The Secretary shall mail with the notice of the meeting, or separately, at least ten (10) days prior to the meeting a statement of the number of Directors to be elected and showing separately the nominations made by the Committee and the nominations made by petition, if any. The Nominating Committee shall make nominations for Directors for Districts 5 and 6.
