WCEC’s Attorney, Coy Johnson, J.D., has served the cooperative since 1972 as local counsel in cooperative matters and as a trusted legal advisor to the board. He is a graduate of Baylor University and has been eligible to practice law in Texas since 1963. He also maintains a successful independent practice in Sulphur Springs, TX.
