The Cultural Arts District and downtown Winnsboro will be filled with festivities every 3rd Friday and Saturday. The “3rd Friday” Arts Festival will run from 10am-6pm on Friday, and from 10am-5pm on Saturday. Artists are to bring painting, photography, prints, music, dance, performance, weaving-textiles, and hand-crafted ceramics, sculpture and jewelry to

In addition to the “3rd Friday Arts Festival, “Crazy Daze” will be featured by downtown merchants during store hours on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, with the participating merchants having individual sales and events. The Winnsboro Merchants Shopping Cart Drill Team will perform at 2:00pm & 5:00pm in the Depot parking lot and on Market St.
As part of the event, a call is going out for the public to help fill the shopping carts with canned/boxed food products to benefit the Food Pantry. Come shop, support the Arts and the Food Pantry, dine in great restaurants, and join in the festivities.
