Payment Assistance Options
We know that sometimes it’s a struggle to pay your bill, and that’s why we’ve compiled a list of government and charitable organizations that many times offer assistance with utility bills. Members are encouraged to contact them directly to determine what resources may be made available to them. Please note these organizations are independent from us and have their own criteria. Also, please note the counties of operations.
Additionally, if you are struggling please keep us informed. Many times, we can work with members on payment arrangements or help a member switch to the SmartPower pre-paid system. These options help a member avoid the inconvenience of having power disconnected and the additional costs associated with disconnection.
