WCEC Delegates Attend East Texas Rural Electric Youth Seminar

Ten youth delegates sponsored by WCEC recently attended the 2017 East Texas Rural Electric Youth Seminar (ETREYS) held on the campus of East Texas Baptist University in Marshall.
