Payment Assistance Options

If you are struggling to pay your power bill, please inform us.  Often, we can work with members on payment arrangements. We can also help members elect pre-paid service. With pre-paid, if approved, members can pay off debt over time, while continuing service. Further, pre-pay helps a member avoid any future costs associated with disconnection.

We know that sometimes it’s a struggle to pay your bill. So, we’ve also compiled a list of government and charitable organizations in our region that offer assistance with utility bills, if their conditions are met.  We encourage members to contact them to determine resources that may be available.  They can also work with members that elect pre-pay.
