Upon receiving your request, we’ll visit within 3 days. Critical situations (deemed by us) will be prioritized. Others may take up to a month for a trimming crew to be assigned. Please know, we will only trim trees that jeopardize our lines. Also, if circumstances change after you’ve submitted request, please call us at (903) 763-2203, to put a stop on the work order.
