Prepaid Metering Notice

Our pre-paid metering texts and email alerts are only updating balance amounts every 48 hours instead of the accustomed 24 hours.

We are working with our software provider to get this reset.

In the meantime, text are still being sent daily. However, members are receiving the same balance for 2 days. On the third day it updates for the past 48 hours.

An example of the issue follows:

The Prepaid balance for account 4XXXX001 is 192.65. Latest usage was 149 kWh.

To: Member
Subject: Balance and Usage Alert
Sent: 07/10/2022 03:59 p.m.
The Prepaid balance for account 4XXXX001 is 192.65. Latest usage was 149 kWh.

Members are not being billed twice. The accounting is accurate. We apologize for this issue and will work to restore this as soon as possible.
