With online bill-paying, you’ll never have to write, mail or drop off another check when it’s time to pay your bill. Please call, come by, or email firstname.lastname@example.org for your user name and password.
Mobile Bill Pay App
WCEC’s mobile app allows members to connect and pay their WCEC bills anytime from any compatible smartphone or tablet. From the app, members can view account information including current bills and payment history. This app allows members to make secure payments and set up and modify email or text alerts and reminders for bill due dates. It also lets users email or phone us and includes a handy map to our headquarters. To get the free app, just search for “Wood County Electric Cooperative” in the Apple Store or in the Android Market and then download it.

Pay In Person
You’re welcome to pay your bill in person at our main office at 501 S. Main in Quitman or at the Mobile Convenience Center. Pay by cash, check, VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. Members may also revalue their pre-pay SmartPower cards at the main office and the mobile center.
WCEC's Electronic Billing (E-Bill) is a paperless option that, reduces clutter, and saves time and energy while benefiting the environment. Another advantage of E-Bill is the reduced postal charges to the cooperative, which benefits all members.
EZ Payment Plan
If higher bills in winter and summer put the squeeze on your budget, your electric co-op has a way for you to even out your payments to help you avoid those billing peaks.
When you sign up for Levelized Billing, you’ll be billed the average amount over your previous twelve month history and your payments will be made automatically from your bank account. Anyone who has been a co-op member for at least a year and has a zero current balance is eligible for the plan.

Check Your Account Balance
Use our online bill-paying feature or call (903) 763-2203 or (800) 762-2203 to check your balance. During business hours a member service representative can check your balance for you; and after hours you can check your balance with the automated phone system. To use the automated system, all you need is a valid phone number that’s associated with your account. Be sure to keep your phone number current with us so that you can use this feature anytime.
